1. Service Description

BeatPush is a Telegram bot that helps music producers upload audio files to YouTube as videos with cover images.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using BeatPush you agree to these terms. You also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Third-Party Integrations

YouTube:

• You authorise BeatPush to upload videos to your YouTube channel.
• You are responsible for complying with YouTube’s Terms of Service.
• We are not responsible for YouTube account issues or suspensions.

Pinterest (optional):

• Read-only access to your boards and pins (boards:read, pins:read).
• You can disconnect at any time.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully.
• Own or have rights to the content you upload (audio, images).
• Not abuse, overload, or use the service for illegal content.

5. Content Rights

You retain all rights to your content. You grant BeatPush a limited right to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We may modify or discontinue it at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we provide no warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including YouTube upload failures or account issues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Already-uploaded YouTube content is not affected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
